What the authors reported
Selective CB2 agonists were reported effective in diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis and dermatomyositis; dronabinol for trichotillomania; sublingual CBD and THC for pain in epidermolysis bullosa. Cannabinoids may be effective for inflammatory skin disorders, the authors say, though more research is needed on dosing, safety and long-term use.
